Questions regarding this bid must be submitted in writing to the attention of JoAnn Bowman, at procurement@faypwc.com no later than 5:00 p.m., EST insert Monday, June 10, 2024, in order to be considered for a response Mailed bids must be addressed to JoAnn Bowman, Procurement Advisor, Fayetteville Public Works Commission, 955 Old Wilmington Road, Fayetteville, North Carolina 28301. The outside of the envelope must be marked BID: PWC2324077 SUBSTATION DISCONNECT SWITCHES and shall indicate the name, and address of the bidder. Fayetteville Public Works Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids for any reason determined by PWC to be in its best interest, or to award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder or bidders, taking into consideration quality, performance, and the time specified in the bids for the performance of the contract. Question Deadline 07/16/2024 at 5:00 PM ET
