Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in East Fayetteville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project includes the following Work: This project primarily consists of: Resurfacing (6) streets (approximately 1.53 miles) and milling (5) streets (approximately 4.07 miles). The work includes, but is not limited to, removing and replacing curb and gutter, installing and retrofitting handicap ramps, utility adjustments, milling, cutting out and patching areas, placing leveling and overlay courses, thermoplastic pavement markings. The Project has an expected duration of 365 days. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Owner and Engineer in writing Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Contractor shall furnish a performance bond and a payment bond equal to 100% of the contract price and in accordance and conformity with the requirements of Chapter 44A of the North Carolina General Statutes. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to City of Fayetteville in the amount of five (5) percent of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. Bidders must submit an acceptable bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check as Bid Security. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids.
