The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Fayetteville VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301 will be soliciting offers for Boiler Plant Inspection Services. The contractor who meets the necessary qualifications must comply with BEI standards and in accordance to attachment A (VHA Boiler and Associated Plant Safety Device Testing Manual Eighth Edition/ Appendix B.) and provide all necessary management, supervision, personnel, services, materials, supplies, facilities, transportation, and general and specialized equipment necessary to test and document for semi-annual, and annual inspections for the Fayetteville VA (VAMC) Fayetteville, NC for a period of one base (1) year, beginning September 2, 2024, through September 1, 2025. Four (4) option years beginning September 2, 2025, ending October 1, 2029. Services shall be in accordance with all terms and conditions of the Statement of Work. A request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24624Q1161 will be issued on or about August 14, 2024. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The period of performance is September 2, 2024, through September 1, 2025, or the base period, with four (4) one (1) year renewal options that can be exercised by the Government. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the offer submission process.
