Perform inspections, maintenance, routine testing, installation, cybersecurity updates/scans, and repair/emergency repair on the ICIDS Automated Entry Control systems (AECS) and ICIDS Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS, to include head-end equipment in Building 6619 and all associated equipment necessary to support various facilities at Fort Meade as identified in technical exhibit 4 within this PWS. Original Set Aside: SBA Certified Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program Set-Aside (FAR 19.15) Period of Performance: The period of performance shall be for one (1) twelve (12) month base period and four (4) twelve (12) month option years. The Period of Performance reads as follows: Base Period 01 OCT 24 - 30 SEP 25 Option Year I 01 OCT 25 - 30 SEP 26 Option Year II 01 OCT 26 - 30 SEP 27 Option Year III 01 OCT 27 - 30 SEP 28 Option Year IV 01 OCT 28 - 30 SEP 29 The point of contact responsible for supplying additional information and answering all inquiries is the Contracting Officer (KO) via the Contract Specialist. Address all questions or concerns the Offeror may have to the Contract Specialist, Heidi K. Boyer , heidi.k.boyer.civ@army.mil, or the Contracting Officer, Jodi E. Woods , at jodi.e.woods.civ@army.mil . All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing via email. All questions must be submitted not later than 18 June 2024 @ 1200 EST.
