A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The scope of work includes but is not limited to construction and installation of a new pump and redeveloping for Well #9A and decommissioning Well #9, along with associated site work, generator installation, asphalt paving, fencing, and underground utilities. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or cashier's check drawn on an incorporated bank or trust company and made payable to the Township of Pemberton, or a bid bond duly executed by the bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company approved by the Township of Pemberton in the amount not less than ten (10) percent of the amount of the bid but in no case in excess of $20,000. The scope of work includes but is not limited to construction and installation of a new pump and redeveloping for Well #9A and decommissioning Well #9, along with associated site work, generator installation, asphalt paving, fencing, and underground utilities. The Specifications, Drawings and Bid Form for the project can be obtained at a cost of $50.00 from the office of the Engineer, ARH Associates, Inc., 215 Bellevue Avenue, Hammonton, NJ 08037, phone (609) 561-0482, and may be inspected by prospective Bidders during business hours (9:00 AM through 4:30 PM). The Engineer will furnish the Bidder with a copy of the specifications upon receipt of payment (for the cost of the specification preparation). Only bidders that have provided their contact information will be allowed to submit bids. No oral interpretation shall be made to any Bidder as to the meaning of any of the Contract Documents or be effective to modify any of the provisions of the Contract Documents. All questions shall be submitted to the Engineer via email at Mherrmann@arh-us.com or fax to (609) 567-8909, dated at least ten working (10) days before the established date for Bid opening. The Engineer will arrange an addendum, which shall become part of the contract, all pertinent questions received and his decision regarding each. Prior to the opening of the Bids, a copy of these addenda will be sent to each of those who have obtained a set of the Contract Documents.
