As of October 2024 a general contractor has been identified and construction is underway. The Clover School District is accepting bids for Liberty Hill Elementary School. The scope of this project consists of the construction of a new 100,000+ square feet, multi-story elementary school. The design of the structure is load bearing masonry with utility-sized brick veneer. The interior spaces are generally masonry and stud framing. The roof is primarily standing seam metal. General finishes include painted CMU, LVT, carpet and epoxy Terrazzo. Exterior work consists of all earthwork, fine grading, sidewalks, parking lots and driveways. This project is being bid single prime, but only bids from the following Pre-Qualified General Contractors will be accepted: Contract Construction, Edcon General Contractors, Harper General Contractors, Shelco, Inc., Swinerton, and Wharton Smith.
