Scope of Work: 1. Construction of 8800-030 Campus Parking - Lot 127 & Taps Yard Top Coat and Stripping includes but is not limited to selective demolition, provide all setup, equipment, labor, and materials in order to replace the Asphalt Concrete (AC) Dike where necessary and adjusting the pavement finish grade at locations where tree roots have caused uplift, potholes, pavement reconstruction improvements, with a focus on maintaining existing concrete features like v-gutters and pad areas, etc. 2. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, material, and supplies as shown on the plan drawings and/or called for in the specifications. The project involves a comprehensive overhaul of Campus Parking Lot 127 and Taps Yard, focusing on topcoat application and striping.
