Scope of Work: 1. Construction of 8800-030 Campus Parking - Lot 127 & Taps Yard Top Coat and Stripping includes but is not limited to selective demolition, provide all setup, equipment, labor, and materials in order to replace the Asphalt Concrete (AC) Dike where necessary and adjusting the pavement finish grade at locations where tree roots have caused uplift, potholes, pavement reconstruction improvements, with a focus on maintaining existing concrete features like v-gutters and pad areas, etc. 2. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, material, and supplies as shown on the plan drawings and/or called for in the specifications. The project involves a comprehensive overhaul of Campus Parking Lot 127 and Taps Yard, focusing on topcoat application and striping. The following details outline the key components and requirements of the project: Selective Demolition. Remove existing asphalt and other materials as necessary. Setup and Preparation: Provide all required equipment, labor, and materials. Ensure the work site is set up for safety and efficiency. Asphalt Concrete (AC) Dike Replacement: Replace the AC Dike where needed. Pavement Finish Grade Adjustments: Adjust the pavement finish grade in areas affected by tree root uplift. Address potholes and make other surface repairs. Pavement Reconstruction Improvements: Implement improvements as needed. Maintenance of Existing Concrete Features: Maintain and integrate existing concrete features, such as v-gutters and pad areas, into the new pavement according to the plan drawings and specifications Compliance: Follow the detailed instructions provided in the plan drawings. Adhere to the outlined project specifications. Ensuring compliance with the project specifications and maintaining the safety and efficiency of the work site are paramount. All work must be carried out with attention to detail and adherence to the provided plans and guidelines.
