The site work consists of the construction of additional parking spaces, curbing, landscaping, irrigation, vinyl fencing, demolition of existing parking, and restriping the existing parking area. The building work consists of the demolition of existing exterior structures, the addition of new exterior spaces, the addition of new interior spaces, and the interior renovation of a portion of the existing building.
