Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Lady Lake, Florida. Completed plans call for the addition of a library; for the demolition of a library; for the renovation of a library; for site work for a library; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The site work consists of the construction of additional parking spaces, curbing, landscaping, irrigation, vinyl fencing, demolition of existing parking, and restriping the existing parking area. The building work consists of the demolition of existing exterior structures, the addition of new exterior spaces, the addition of new interior spaces, and the interior renovation of a portion of the existing building. Refer to the complete set of the Construction Documents for a complete scope of work. The following is a list of materials and or trades that will be included or required; asphalt, concrete curbing, water piping and valves, landscaping, sanitary piping, emergency power generator, masonry, steel bar joists, steel beams and miscellaneous steel angles, steel decking, concrete foundations and beams, concrete flatwork, aluminum decorative arches, elevator, elevator pit water proofing, stucco, TPO roofing, polyisocyanurate insulation, stucco, paint, aluminum soffit, plywood, metal flashing, HVAC systems and ductwork, compressor roof top racking system, pre-engineered steel stairs with concrete pans, pre-engineered ladders for elevator pit access and roof access, handrails, guardrails, light gauge steel stud framing, gypsum drywall, acoustical tile ceiling, acoustical wall panels, tile, luxury vinyl plank flooring, vinyl baseboard, wood doors, door hardware, sliding aluminum and glass doors, steel doors, aluminum louvers, aluminum storefront, pre-engineered awnings with metal roofs, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, conduit, switches and outlets, fire sprinklers, fire alarm, casework, window shades / blinds, and as noted in the Construction Documents. All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the Town of Lady Lake Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person.
