Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Lady Lake, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Village Center Community Development District is requesting bids from qualified firms for the Chula Vista Pool Park Project. Any questions regarding this ITB, please email Susi Belon at Susan.Belon@Districtgov.org Question Deadline 08/16/2024 at 4:00 PM ET Questions will not be answered over the phone. Questions must be in writing and emailed to Susi Belon at Susan.Belon@Districtgov.org The project generally consists of new amenities such as an expanded pool deck with decorative pavers, New Shade Pavilion and Trellis, Fire Pit / Picnic Tables and new electric & gas services. The Restrooms will be renovated. Site improvements will include new storm drainage, additional sidewalks with decorative paver's, privacy wall and landscaping which is further described in the attached Construction Drawings / Specifications / Project Manual and these Bid Documents (see exhibits). All demolition required shall be the responsibility of the Contractor. By owner improvements: The Pool will be renovated, pool equipment updated. All decorative pavers shall be furnished and installed by the owner. All furniture by owner.
