Site work for a water / sewer project in Marshall, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project basically consists of the following: Installation of approximately 795 LF of 10" diameter PVC sanitary sewer gravity main including manholes and installation of approximately 320 LF of 48" diameter HDPE storm drain, rock rip-rap and grading. A Bid Bond, Certified or Cashier's Check in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into contract with the City of Marshall, Texas. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond, Payment Bond and Maintenance Bond as well as proof of statutory worker's compensation insurance. The City of Marshall reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Question Deadline 06/24/2024 No oral interpretation will be made to any BIDDER as to the meaning of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS or any part thereof. Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to the ENGINEER. Any inquiry received 48 hours prior to the date and time fixed for opening of BIDS will be given consideration
