George T. Lohmeyer WWTP Generators Phase 1 This project is located at the George T. Lohmeyer Wastewater Treatment Facility, in the City of Fort Lauderdale. The work to be accomplished under this contract includes, but is not limited to, demolition of elevated columns and beams, installation and start-up of owner furnished generators and switchgear, construction of generator foundations, construction of duct banks and modifications to an electrical room. The Work shall be Substantially Completed by July 1, 2025. The Work shall be finally completed on the Final Completion Date and ready for final payment in accordance with this Agreement by August 1, 2025 Q & A deadline: Jun 12, 2024 5:00:00 PM EDT The City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida (City) is seeking bids from qualified bidders, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to provide Design-Build services for the City's Public Works Department, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Invitation To Bid (ITB)
