North Sanpete School District is seeking bids to remove and replace new asphalt roofing at the following locations North Sanpete Middle School - 655 East 100 South, Moroni, UT 84646 Transportation Facility/Bus Garage - 200 East 775 South, Mt. Pleasant, UT 84647 Any questions regarding this posting are due by June 14th at 2PM MST. General Specifications: Roof Shingles to match existing color on buildings. Ice shield and waterproof underlayment to be installed to meet local code requirements and industry standards. Contractor to provide and manage disposal containers throughout the duration of projects. All roofing materials and debris must be picked up and district properties left clean daily, including loose nails to be magnetically picked up. Roofing structures must be left weather tight at the end of each day. Any unforeseen damage or rot to existing roofing structure and decking shall be quoted and repaired as an additional work or change order. Written submission and approval are required before any additional work can be done. All flashings and terminations must be resealed or replaced if deemed necessary. Shingles must have a minimum level of 4 impact rating. Attic and roof vents are to meet what is existing. (Specific to North Sanpete Middle School) Attic vents shall NOT be installed if there are none currently existing. Minimum of 10-year workmanship warranty and honor manufacturers long-term warranty.
