The City of Portland Water Bureau is seeking proposals from qualified individuals, firms, teams or consultants, hereafter called "Proposer(s)," with demonstrated experience in the in-conduit fiber communications system installations. The successful Proposer will perform a site assessment of the Bull Run conduit alignments from Headworks to the proposed PWB Filtration Facility currently in development near SE Carpenter Lane and SE Cottrell Road in Multnomah County. Defined terms in this RFP are listed in the attached sample contract. The City reserves the right to adjust the above noted schedule as necessary. There will be no pre-proposal meeting or site visit scheduled for this Project.
