Renovation of a multi-residential development in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Home Forward will receive bids on behalf of Wests Limited Partnership (Owner) for restoration work at Gallagher Plaza. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the hour set for opening until after the lapse of sixty (60) days from the bid opening. Gallagher Plaza, located at 2140 NW Kearney Street, Portland, OR 97210, is an 85-unit apartment building renovated in 2001. The Build Back project involves restoration following a fire in March 2024 that affected multiple units and hallways. The work has an established goal of 30% participation by COBID and/or Underutilized Business Enterprise (UBE) firms. Prime contractors who do not meet the 30% goal will be required to submit proof that good faith efforts have been made to contract with these subcontractors. This project is subject to BOLI prevailing wages. The wage issued January 5, 2024, and including the April 5, 2024 amendment, are applicable for the duration of this project. The Contractor shall submit certified payroll reports via LCP Tracker. Home Forward, on behalf of the Owner, may reject any bid not in compliance with the prescribed bidding procedures and requirements, may reject any or all bids, and waive all informalities if doing so is determined by Home Forward to be in the public interest.
