Sharon Woods Kreis Dam Repairs The following items are to be installed and substantially complete by the contractor by Friday June 20, 2025 for the Sharon Woods Kreis Dam Repairs as described in the bidding documents. Work tasks such as stone masonry tuck pointing and repair, training wall reconstruction, tree removal and protection, repair and fabricate new guardrail, pressure wash dam, water proof sealing, bypass water control, concrete patching, masonry efflorescene clean and repairs. Contracts for work under this bid will obligate all Contractors to comply with prevailing wage rates established by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of Industrial Compliance, Bureau of Wage and Hour Administration. Proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Performance Bond meeting the requirements of Sec. 153.54 & 153.571 O.R.C. executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio in the full amount of the proposal. In lieu of a bid bond, a certified check may be substituted, payable to the Owner in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal amount, including add alternates. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. Great Parks of Hamilton County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
