Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Peterborough, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

Queen Alexandra Community Centre Renovations. Scope to include: elevator replacement and roof repairs. TIMELINE: Functional Analysis and Feasibility Study was completed and presented to Council June 2025. Council voted for Option 1 - to maintain the existing building and complete State of Good Repair upgrades as needed and based on funding availability. Funding has been allocated in 2026 for some works; whether or not the consultant who completed the feasibility study will do the design work is currently unconfirmed. Further update summer 2026.
