Renovation of a detention facility in Hillsboro, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The Community Corrections Building was built in 1998. The bathrooms have not been renovated since the original construction. This is a 2 story, 63,000 square feet building with Adults In Custody residents. The two bathrooms are on the east side of the building, and are stacked. The two rooms are Level 1 bathroom, 132, Dorm 3. 270 square feet. Level 2 bathroom, 231, Dorm 6. 270 square feet. Location- 260 SW Adams Ave Hillsboro, OR 97123 High Performance Coating BUILDING NUMBER: 2330 Last Date to Submit Questions: June 28, 2024, 5:00pm The County does not intend to pre-qualify any bidders for this project. Washington County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities in the best interest of the County. Scope of work includes the following: A. Remove select areas of the concrete Slab on Grade, replace sanitary line and repair concrete to receive new floor. B. Selective demolition of concrete, wood framing, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and more. C. Repair and rebuild walls as documented. D. Install Toilets, Sinks, Shower Fixtures. E. Install existing Toilet and Shower Partitions that are stored on site. Order, Install new matching partitions. F. Adjust Electrical power and lighting G. Rebuild flooring, as designed. H. Install new Toilet Accessories.
