Renovation of a municipal facility in Hillsboro, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Washington County Facilities Division is replacing the lighting in the entire Courthouse building located at 150 N First Avenue Hillsboro, Oregon. The estimated expense for this contract will be $125,000. Washington County is formally requesting a bid to furnish all labor, supervision, and tools to replace current fixtures and exit signs for LED lighting luminaires and lamps at the Washington County Courthouse located at 145 NW 2nd Ave. Hillsboro OR 97124. The work will involve uninstalling approximately 600 fixtures and installing approximately 600 fixtures. Floorplans with Electrical Plan Information of the Courthouse are available as Exhibit A, Exhibit B, Exhibit C, Exhibit D. Contractor Selection Date:August 9, 2024 Washington County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities in the best interest of the County. The County does not intend to pre-qualify any respondents for this project. All quotes submitted for this project will be considered provided that they meet the criteria set forth in the quote documents with respect to submission in a timely manner, bonding, and all other applicable requirements.
