Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Ranchester, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of the parking lot asphalt paving on the east side of Ranchester Town Hall. This is approximately 2400 SY of 3 asphalt paving. Contractors are encouraged to visit the site prior to the bid. The Town of Ranchester Will Receive Bids for the Ranchester Town Hall Parking Lot paving The work includes asphalt paving of the parking lot on the east side of Ranchester Town Hall. The Town of Ranchester will remove existing pavement and place crushed base prior to the contractor placing asphalt. There is approximately 2400SY of 3" asphalt paving. Contractors are encouraged to visit the site prior to the bid. Contractors shall provide a 5% bid bond and if awarded a contract a 100% payment and performance bond.
