Option to Renew for Subsequent Years (With Price Adjustment): The prices or discounts quoted in this Solicitation shall prevail during the specified term of the contract, at which time the Town shall have the option to renew the contract for four (4) additional one-year periods. Award Tentative July 2024 The Town reserves the right to reject any price adjustments submitted by the Contractor and/or to terminate the contract with the Contractor based on such price adjustments.
