This work consists of incorporating the FAA Requirements for construction of the Citywide Traffic Signal project for the City of Minot, North Dakota. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has conducted an aeronautical study under the provision of 49 U.S.C., Section 44718 of the Code of Federal Regulations, part 77. The study determined that construction equipment with heights up to 40 feet above ground level (1107 mean sea level) pose no hazard to air navigation. The study also determined the permanent existing light standards on this project pose no hazard to air navigation.
