Description

Site work for a civil project in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

For furnishing all tools, materials and labor, and performing the work necessary for Emergency Repairs Skiatook Raw Water Conveyance System. A certified or cashiers check or Bidders Surety Bond, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid will be required from each bidder, The performance, statutory, and maintenance bonds shall be for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Questions concerning the bid documents, plans, or specifications should be directed to Frank Weigle at 918-246-2590. The OWNER may waive any informalities or minor defects or reject any and all BIDS. Any BID may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of BIDS or authorized postponement thereof. SCOPE OF WORK: The work to be covered under these contracts in accordance with the drawings listed herein and in these Specification consists of the furnishing of all materials, equipment, tools, labor, transportation and services necessary to complete the construction as outlined herein and as shown on the drawings. The complete installation shall not lack any part which can be reasonably implied as necessary to its proper functioning nor any subsidiary which is customarily furnished.
