Site work for a water / sewer project in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

A certified or cashier's check or Bidder's Surety Bond, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid will be required from each bidder, to be retained as liquidated damages in the event the successful bidder fails, neglects or refuses to enter into said contract for the construction of said public improvements for said project, and furnish the necessary bonds within the thirty (30) days from and after the date the award is made The bidder to whom a contract is awarded will be required to furnish public liability and workers' compensation insurance. Additionally, for bids in excess of $100,000, performance, statutory, and maintenance bonds acceptable to the City, in conformity with the requirements of the proposed contract documents will be required. The performance, statutory, and maintenance bonds shall be for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Question Deadline 07/12/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to Owner in writing. Replies will be issued by Addenda mailed to, delivered or sent by facsimile to all parties recorded by Owner as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than two days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered
