The Division is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced firms for all labor, materials, tools, equipment, machinery, expertise, services, and all else necessary and reasonably inferable from the Contract Documents for proper construction and completion of the project consisting of excavation, construction of storm drainage pipe, storm water structure retrofitting, storm water structure coring, construction of concrete catch basins and inlets with grates, grading, filling and street repair and repaving, and installation of swales and grass sodding, and site restoration. Question Deadline 07/11/2024 at 10:00 AM ET The project includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, machinery, expertise, services, and all else necessary and reasonably inferable to construct the proposed improvements for the Town of Southwest Ranches Green Meadows Drainage Improvements project (Invitation to Bid# 2024-001). The work shall include but not be limited to drainage improvements include roadside swales, manholes, catch basins, piping, headwalls, driveway restorations, roadway striping (thermoplastic traffic striping and reflective pavement markers) and signage, brush clearing and swale regrading, and site restoration. No work shall be proposed outside of the Towns right-of-way. All labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct the improvements described by these Drawings and Project Specifications will be provided by the contractor. Construction of this Project will require close coordination with the Town and Engineer.
