Reference Number 0000355077 Job Location: Fort Collins, CO Colorado State University (CSU) is seeking firms interested in providing as-needed consulting services for Structural Engineering at CSU campuses including Main, South and Foothills Campuses in Fort Collins, the Powerhouse Campus in Fort Collins, the CSU Mountain Campus near Pingree Park, the CSU SPUR Campus at the National Western Center and potentially remote Agricultural Experiment Stations (AES) and Colorado State Forest Service (CSFS) locations. The intent of this procurement is to establish a one-year as-needed professional services contract with the option to extend for an additional two years at CSU's discretion. Separate proposals shall be requested for each scope of work and will be charged against an initial contract balance of $250,000, which may be increased during the contract term. As-needed services will be limited to projects with a Total Development Budget (TDB) of less than or equal to $1,000,000.00. Services for projects with a TDB greater than $1,000,000.00 will an individual project competitive solicitation. Firms awarded the as-needed services contracts will be prohibited from pursuing other work at CSU. The contract term start date will be October 1, 2024 with possible extensions through December 30, 2027.
