Facilities Management at Colorado State University is seeking firm, competitive documented quote responses from qualified Contractors for Replacement of HVAC equipment at Moby Arena on CSU Main Campus, Fort Collins, CO. Base Bid Scope of Work: Contractor will be responsible for providing all materials, equipment, labor, and services necessary to perform the scope of work per attached drawings and specifications. Base bid (scope #3 on plans) consists of replacement of existing belt drive fan in Moby B-Wing Penthouse Unit SFB2. Scope to include new fan array to replace existing fan, fan control panel, motor support rail, and airflow measuring station. New VFDs, controls, and electrical associated with replacement in scope.
