Site work for a civil project in New Orleans, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
This project is Phase III of a multi-phase implementation of airport-wide drainage improvements. Phase I included the construction of a storage reservoir, box culvert run, fencing, and associated earthwork; Phase II included the procurement and storage of two (2) 200 CFS Pumps (Electric)(Horizontal Drive) and motors. The Phase III project is being bid with a Base Bid and no Additive Alternates as follows: BASE BID DESCRIPTION: Includes the construction of the following items: 1. Construction of the pump station platform and associated components: a. Pump station structural infrastructure. b. Pump station electrical infrastructure. c. Pump station switchgear. d. Pump station monitoring/ control infrastructure. e. Concrete access drive to the pump station. f. Associated earthwork/excavation. 2. Construction of the pump station mechanical infrastructure and associated components: a. Piping associated with the pump station (discharge/ intake). b. Pump station generators (2). c. Installation of pumps & motors (2) (Procured in previous project) 3. Construction of the pump station shelter and associated components: a. Pump station shelter b. Pump station stairs and guardrails c. Building painting 4. Field coordination for Entergys installation of dedicated lateral electrical service.
