Site work, new construction and renovation of a municipal facility in Mobile, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The work consists principally of providing bonds, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for floor leveling, construction of two new restrooms, and interior wall construction, plumbing, electrical and associated mechanical work on the 4th floor of the International Trade Center building. The Contractor will be required to complete the work under the Contract within 120 calendar days of the effective date of ''Notice to Proceed''. A Guarantee will be required with each bid as follows: At least five (5%) percent of the amount bid, but in no event more than Ten Thousand ($10,000) Dollars, shall be furnished in the form of a certified check or bid bond payable to the Alabama State Port Authority. Performance and Payment bonds will be required at the signing of the contract in an amount not less than One Hundred (100%) percent of the contract price.
