Mobile Housing Authority is soliciting proposals for qualified contractor(s) to furnish all necessary labor, tools, parts, and materials as may be required to provide all "on call" service for the repair, replacement of all HVAC equipment, replacement of parts, installation and testing of parts, including but not limited to the following as required by the Mobile Housing. The period of performance shall start immediately after execution of contract and Notice to Proceed or applicable Task Order(s) and continue for an initial period of one (1) year with up to three (3) one year option(s) to renew. Question Deadline 07/26/2024 at 2:00 PM CT Clarification inquiries method of submission electronically. If any portion of the Contract is to be performed by Subcontractors, the prime Contractor must provide to the Mobile Housing Authority, prior to any work being performed by the Subcontractor, his name, address, specific type of work he will be performing in relation to the Contract, and a certificate stating that the Subcontractor conforms to all the terms and conditions of the Contract. The Mobile Housing Authority reserves the right to approve or reject the Subcontractor. Subcontractors cannot be changed without prior approval of the Mobile Housing Authority. MHA reserves the right to waive any minor irregularities, technicalities or informalities in the proposals received.
