The Major Items of Work are approximately: 3,596 CY Common Embankment (CV) (P) 2,902 SY Subgrade Preparation (P) 2,447 SY Type SP 12.5 Wearing Course Mix (3,C) 3" Thick (P). All bids must by accompanied by a Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid made payable to Benton County Auditor/Treasurer. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and further reserves the right to award the contract to serve the best interest of Benton County.
