The award should be known in afternoon of July 26th 2024. Demolition and renovation of the restrooms. o Cosmetic upgrade in conference room and lobby area. o Complete reroof of the building. Send a question about the TPO to parapet detail. o Patch and repair of all the stucco and openings with a new prime and color. o Repair of all the woodwork if damaged. o Some custom light fixtures in the conference room and lobby, there is an allowance for $5000. o Furniture designer will be procured to redesign the conference room to make it more of a board room. Allowance for $20,000. o Casework contractor should be coordinating design with the furniture designer. o This is a design build portion of the contractor. o Existing Air Handler and Chiller will be removed and replaced at the central plant; these supply the entire campus. o Controls system will be upgraded. o Mechanical system will be redone for the conference room, lobby, and restroom. This includes new mechanical units and ductwork. o There will be a new mechanical system in the back dressing room area. o No substitutions from the Sierra Pacific windows (like NMSD Dining Hall).
