The New Mexico Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department (EMNRD), State Parks Division, through the General Services Department (GSD), State Purchasing Division, is requesting proposals for Central Reservation System (CRS) services for New Mexico State Parks. Pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 13-1-150, the services contract which may result from this Request for Proposals (RFP) may extend for a minimum of eight years, with two additional oneyear renewals possible, as long as the State Parks Division is satisfied with the successful Offeror's performance and with the concurrence of the GSD State Purchasing Division. The State Parks Division is requesting proposals for CRS services for New Mexico State Parks for a minimum of eight years, with two additional one-year renewals possible. CRS services constitute an operational framework by which customers can make reservations via a Call Center or online through an Internet browser, mobile application, or an onsite kiosk. The successful Contractor shall have the capability to staff, operate, and maintain a 24-hour Call Center and an Internet-based CRS, and payment kiosks, as well as generate a wide range of required reports, process financial transactions, and accommodate various State Parks Division promotional/marketing strategies.
