This Contract provides for the improvement of Mill Plain Boulevard from Brandt Road to MacArthur Boulevard, including removal of existing pavement markings, crack sealing, fog seal treatment, application of new pavement markings and other work, all in accordance with the attached Plan Set, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications, hereafter referred to as Work.
