Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
Scope of Work - This Contract provides for the grading, excavation, installation of 3 owner provided prefabricated stainless-steel restrooms, construction of concrete foundations, footings and flat work, storm, water and sewer utilities, electrical, drinking fountain, security light, irrigation, landscaping and other work at Marshall Park, located at 1009 E McLoughlin Blvd. Vancouver, WA 98663, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The following products will be furnished by the City of Vancouver for the contractor to install: 3 Stainless Steel Portland Loo: They are ready to be shipped: 1 Drinking Fountain: Delivery date approximately September 15. This project shall be considered substantially complete with the loos operational by August 30, 2024. Final Completion will be based on lead times of Drinking Fountain, Security Light and Bike Rack. Engineer's Estimate - $115,000 Questions Due Date: Jul 3rd 2024, 4:00 PM PDT All project-specific questions, requests for clarification, and requests for substitutions must be submitted in writing, via email, to mark.nowak@cityofvancouver.us. If required, an addendum will be prepared and issued by the City of Vancouver no later than Tuesday, July 9, 2024.
