Site work for a water / sewer project in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This Contract provides for the improvements of two existing, elevated, drinking water storage tanks with coating systems to protect the structure. The improvements include an interior coating blast and recoat (Water Tower 5), an exterior coating blast and recoating for the Water Tower 6 upper bowl and WT-5 accessory modifications and other work, all in accordance with the attached Plan Set, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications, hereinafter referred to as Work. Questions Due: Thursday, July 11, 2024 5:00 PM PDT The Contract Work shall be Physically Complete within 150 Working Days from the Notice to Proceed. The City of Vancouver in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252,42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. The City of Vancouver is committed to providing equal opportunities to State of Washington certified Minority, Disadvantaged and Womens Business Enterprises in contracting activities.
