DESCRIPTION Building 3209 is comprised of a wood framed office section and a metal framed warehouse section with a masonry wall dividing the two sections. The Building 3209 Office Demo and Warehouse Improvements project consists of but is not limited to demolishing the masonry wall and office section of the building, infilling the exterior wall of the metal framed building and performing upgrades to the warehouse section of the building. Some abatement is required as part of the demo scope. The upgrades to the warehouse section includes siding repair, exterior paint, and roof coating. Engineer's Estimate - $538,095 ~ $657,671 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
