SCOPE OF WORK The VHA invites qualified vendors to propose and submit a solution to fencing for the Villages at 78th property as described in Attachment D Plans and Property Information. This includes the installation of approximately 1600 linear feet of new 6' tall chain link fencing. The Villages at 78th property is located at 1404 NE 78th Street, Vancouver, WA 98665. The lot is currently vacant and future plans for low-income housing on the site are currently being developed. Questions/Clarifications Due Date: July 23, 2024, at 5:00 PM (PT) A bid bond is required for any bids over $250,000 and may be required for bids of a lesser amount based on funding requirements. Unless otherwise stated within the solicitation, Bidder shall submit with their bid a bid guarantee equivalent to 5% of the bid price Performance and payment bonds (100%) are required.
