Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.
This Contract provides for the improvements of SE 34th Street & SE Cascade Park Drive within the City of Vancouver including a pedestrian hybrid beacon signal, ITS, trail, bus stops and bike lane improvements and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications Engineer's Estimate - $1,300,000 The contract work shall be Physically Complete within 70 Working Days from the Notice to Proceed. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid deposit in cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid l deposit may be forfeited to the City of Vancouver Questions Due Date: Oct 1st 2024, 5:00 PM PD
