The work under this Contract includes Softball Field, 3 locations, Backstop, both Dugout fences, Fence along the Building. For Baseball Field, 2 locations, Backstop and both 6 fences on side of Backstop. SCOPE OF WORK The work under this Contract includes Black coded Fences for Middle School Softball field and Baseball field The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, construction equipment and machinery, transportation and other facilities and services necessary for the proper execution and completion of the work, whether temporary or permanent and whether or not incorporated or to be incorporated in the work. All bids must include all costs associated with the work to be done, including but not limited to overhead, profit, materials, and labor. The Town of Medway has tax-exempt status. Softball Field 1. New Black coded fences, 3 locations, Backstop, 2 Dugout fences, New fence along Building, 2. Dugout fence, Instal 114 feet of 6 linear Feet chain link fence of 2 X 9 core 8 finish with top and bottom rails. 2 1/2 line post, and 3 terminals. 3. Demo and remove old fence, post and concrete base at Dugouts. 4. New Backstop fence, Keep existing poles and paint, new backstop fence16 X 16 X 16, 16 high with Canopy 6 feet wide 5. Supply & Install new fabric, new rails and fittings, 2x9 core, 8 finish upper level wire fence, 2X6 core, 5F lower wire 10 feet high for lower level fence. 6. Side Fence along Building, Paint existing post and add new rail and wires, 7.
