The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign requests statements of qualifications from Professional Services Consultants interested in providing the Urbana-Champaign campus with environmental services on a retainer basis. The University has a target of four (4) firms to be selected, but reserves the right to award more or fewer based on the qualifications of the submitting firms. Selected firms will be awarded an initial agreement, a two-year term, from the beginning date of the fully executed contract and ending June 30, 2026. Each agreement will have the option for one (1) two-year renewal. The total term with the ability to renew will end at June 30, 2028. At each renewal, there will be an opportunity to make adjustments in the scheduled hourly rates. There is a 30 percent BEP goal for this procurement. See solicitation documentation for details. There is a 3 percent Veteran-owned business goal for this procurement. See solicitation documentation for details. The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
