The Water Security Agency (WSA) is providing this notice of an anticipated public procurement opportunity for interested Contractors. This notice is not a formal solicitation but is intended as an early notification to assist in advanced planning efforts. It is WSA's intent to post a public procurement competition on SaskTenders to undertake spillway rehabilitation, care of water and associated construction works at Lafleche Dam. WSA is anticipating that the SaskTenders competition posting would be active for a minimum of four (4) weeks to ensure adequate time for submission preparation in February 2026- March 2026. The project involves spillway rehabilitation and associated construction activities at Lafleche Dam. The scope includes care of water measures such as cofferdamming, dewatering, and diversion of LLO flows to isolate the spillway and allow construction to proceed. Work also includes age- and condition-related repairs to existing spillway concrete, replacement of the lower chute slab with a thicker concrete section incorporating a new under-drainage system and manhole, and installation of post-tensioned threadbar anchors. Additional work includes downstream rip rap apron installation, signage, fencing, and other related civil works.
