Site work for a mixed-use development in Libertyville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Work shall include site preparation and removals, construction fencing, temporary erosion control and sediment control measure, grading and earthwork, utilities (storm, electrical, water), asphalt parking lot surface course and striping, concrete paving, stone paving, playground surfacing engineered wood fiber, playground surfacing, limestone slab walls, faux river play area, custom carpentry (bridge and stage), cast-in-place concrete, shelter, playground equipment, ramp and stair handrails, masonry restoration, turf seeding, native seeding, and wood chips. Question Deadline 06/25/2024 at 11:00 AM CT If any prospective Vendor is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Package, such prospective Vendor shall submit to Owner an email, not later than the date and time listed above, directed to Owner's Purchasing Division, purchasingdept@LCFPD.org, for an interpretation thereof.
