Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Norwalk, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

The proposed work will consist generally of Construction of 100'x 200' Steel Framed Storage Building and any other work as may be required to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Engineer's opinion of probable construction cost is: $1,378,660.00 for the Huron County Agricultural Society Storage Building , City of Norwalk, Huron County, Ohio. The Huron County Agricultural Society reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bids or the bidding process, or to reject any and all bids, but is not obligated to do so. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to Engineer. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Society in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents.
