Site work and paving for a civil project in Ponderay, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project can be summarized to include full reconstruction of McNearney Road between Kootenai Cutoff Road and the Field of Dreams sports complex in Ponderay, Idaho. The work is generally described as follows: demolition, clearing and grubbing, excavation and embankment, grading, trenching and piping, drainage, asphalt pavement, striping, signage, traffic control, and associated improvements. Question Deadline 06/20/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. Dan Tadic, PE, Project Manager, HMH Engineering. Submit questions via email to: dtadic@hmh-llc.com. Questions received less than 7 days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including all alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor License for the State of Idaho is required to bid this work. The City of Ponderay reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept bids deemed in the best interest of the City of Ponderay. Estimated Cost: $2,000,000 to 3,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
