As of July 2025, this project is under construction. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Lake Pend Oreille School District 84 is seeking responses from licensed Idaho Public Works Construction Managers (CMs) and licensed Idaho Public Works Contractors, in good standing, to provide their qualifications to perform certain construction manager services ("CM Services) for two projects: o Sandpoint Middle School Renovations and Improvements; o New construction of 12,000 sf Career Technical Education Center; The Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept and/or reject any or all bids and proposals and to waive any irregularities, and to be sole judge of the suitability of the interest of the School District.
