The Work includes all that is required for the supply, delivery and installation of a prefabricated building at the Stonewall Training Centre, Stonewall, Manitoba. Descriptions of the Work listed below is provided as a general overview. Detailed Purchasers Requirements are provided in the Technical Requirements: Design and supply prefabricated building. Delivery and installation of the prefabricated building. Performing locates of all underground services. Site development to suit the implementation of the Prefabricated Building and pedestrian connection between the existing building and new elements. Connection of all services including extensions of data from the existing building to the Prefabricated Building. Performing commissioning of all electrical and mechanical systems. Supplying and installation of anchors, blocks, piers, skirting, stairs, ramps and landing as required by the applicable Building Code and/or Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). In some cases, this may include permanent foundations if required by the AHJ. Applying for building permit.
