The R.M. of Rockwood is hereby contacting qualified contractors to submit a proposal for the 2024 Road Works 1 Contract. The 2024 Road Works 1 Contract includes reclaiming and repaving an existing asphalt pavement road in Argyle Manitoba The contractor shall provide assurance to the owner that at least $2,000,000 of liability insurance is in place prior to undertaking the work. The insurance must cover all potential liability and damage claims resulting from the work and be in place for the duration of the project. 1 The RM of Rockwood, its employees, and its Consultants must be saved harmless from any claim resulting from the execution of the work.
