The Borough of Waynesboro is seeking bids for: Pavement Painting/Striping of Various Crosswalks, Stop Bars, Center Lines, Lane Lines, Hash Lines, Parking Areas and Symbols in the Borough of Waynesboro. There will not be a Pre-Bid meeting to discuss the Bid and Agreement. Performance Bonds and Payment Bonds are not required for this Bid. A Proposal Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bidder's maximum price is to be included with the Bid. The Borough Council of the Borough of Waynesboro intends to award the contract to the overall lowest responsible bidder, as determined by Borough Council in the best interest of the Borough; reserves the right to reject any or all bids; to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities or informalities in a Bid or the Bid procedure; and to accept any Bid which it may deem to be for or in the best interest of the Borough. The Borough of Waynesboro (Owner) reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding process. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not-to-exceed thirty (30) days from the date of opening bids, for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract.
