The work of improvement consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents for the above stated project. The general items of work to be done hereunder consists of installation of conduit, fiber optics cable, fiber optic splicing, pull boxes with extensions, removals and disposals, restoring all areas and improvements to preconstruction conditions and all work required as indicated on the Jack Bulik Sports Center & Veterans Park Fiber Optic Connectivity Project Plan. Scope of Services The general items of work to be done hereunder consists of installation of conduit, fiber optics cable, fiber optic splicing, pull boxes with extensions, removals and disposals, restoring all areas and improvements to preconstruction conditions and all work required as indicated on the Jack Bulik Sports Center & Veterans Park Fiber Optic Connectivity Project Plan. Liquidated Damages $1,000 per each calendar day over the time specified. Estimated Bid Value 438,364.89. Proposals must be accompanied by a proposal guarantee in the form of cash, cashier's check, a certified check or bid bond available to the City in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the total amount bid.
